Office hours
are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Fridays, except holidays. Saturday appointments are available for out-of-town clients. Appointments can generally be scheduled for the next day.

If you are a potential client, our experienced staff will ask at no charge a few basic questions about your case, on a totally confidential basis, to determine whether our office can assist you and whether a further consultation is likely to be productive for you.

If we can indeed assist you, our staff will set up either a phone consultation or in-office personal consultation with Mr. Anderson or Ms. Blizzard.  There is no time limit.

Consultations are designed to thoroughly explore the immigration impact of your personal situation and to explain possible avenues of relief without time constraints. Think of your first appointment as your "immigration physical."  This session is extremely valuable in identifying all potential immigration dangers as well as one or more immigration strategies and their associated fees and costs.

We charge a modest consultation fee for these in-depth initial meetings.  It will be applied towards the final agreed-upon lawyer fees if you then elect to retain our firm to meet your immigration needs.

Our overall lawyer fees are fixed and flat for the vast majority of our immigration services, both employment- and family-based.  Our fees are fair and reasonable.

We charge non-fixed hourly-based fees for recurring corporate work.

Many of our cases involve substantial commitments of lawyer and staff time. Among them are clients in deportation and removal proceedings, clients facing immigration consequences of crimes, asylum cases and appeals.  While most of these clients still prefer fixed flat fees, others may benefit from an hourly fee. At our initial consultation, we will fully discuss which approach is best for you.

If you elect to retain our services after our initial consultation, we will always furnish you with a written attorney-client contract (Representation Agreement) before accepting any retainer fee. As a prospective client, you should insist on carefully examining the attorney-client contract before engaging any immigration law firm.

More than mere fee contracts, our Representation Agreements are tailored blueprints that detail the immigration strategy for your specific case.  These Agreements provide specific information about client retainers, total attorneys fees, CIS filing fees and other client costs, client payment schedules, estimated immigration time frames, and a wealth of other important information affecting both your future immigration status in the United States and our attorney-client relationship.
